Fantastic piece of kit! I would have given it a 4.7 – couldn’t quite give it a 5 because of the price. I’ve just used it for 3 nights as a fire pit and I am extremely happy with it! It’s shown only very minor warping after an unreasonably large fitted in it followed by adding water to minimise the embers at the end of the night (site rules – I would have been happy to leave them). I don’t blame the pit for the minor warping – it’s my fault for using water; physics happens! Can’t be avoided, I actually think that it suffering only minor warping is really good, and a lesser firepit would have warped much more significantly. The only thing we had was a supplied bucket of water. As much as I tried to sprinkle the water on rather than douse it, more came out than expected – in hind sight I could have had a spray bottle to kill of the embers. The warping made zero effect to the functionality of the firepit – it still performed very well. Surprisingly the feet of the firepit never got hot, even what the fire was at it’s biggest. The bottom of the actual firepit that is closest to the ground does of course, so I used a 38 inch triple layer ground mat from Amazon to protect the grass which worked amazingly well.

I have the medium already and love it, not got to use this one as of yet but looks the same quality so very happy and cannot wait to get it fired up, this came extremely quickly as well
Pyramid section warped during 1st use burning 1/2 a bag of bbq briquets. Warping doesnt effect grate fittings but could if further warping occurs. For £176.99 i was a bit surprised this happened.
