I have had this secondary combustion chamber for a week now. It was super easy to install and appears to be good quality. In operation, my early impression is that it radiates significantly more heat from the extra surface area it brings; and it burns the wood much more efficiently, producing very little smoke once it is up to temperature. My only consideration would be that this is a large, robust unit which needs supporting well. All in all, I am very pleased so far, and expect to recoup much of the not insignificant purchase price in fuel savings over the coming winter.
